Apple TV not streaming

I have the app on my phone and iPad and am trying to stream the TV to my apple TV. The picture shows for a second and then goes away and on my device it says License Issue:: 3338 (1000954)

This video stream is not playable under the current device conditions. Please disconnect any external devices and try again.

WHY????? That is why we purchased this as we were told we could stream to our apple tv.

    Are you referring to our Contour app? If so our currently content license doesn't permit casting to other devices at this time.
