anime network

The anime network channel has not updated with new episodes this week.  They usually appear on thursdays.  So far no new episodes have added.  Is someone at Cox working on getting the updated?

    Are you referring to anime content On Demand? Unplug the power from your cable box for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in and give it at least 15 minutes to load. (During the reboot process, the On Demand menu is last to load.) What is the name and date of the most recent content?

    Hi Becky,

    Thank you for responding to my post.  Yes, I am referring to the Anime content On Demand.  Each Thursday the content updates with new episodes.  No new content has not appeared.

     I did unplug the power from the cabel box when I first noticed the updates were not there, but I did not do it for the amount of time you specified.  I just tried it again as per your instructions and it still did not show any updated content.

    The content that is missing it as follows:

    Anime Network channel on Demand still has not updated with new content.

    The content you listed hasn't updated on our receivers in the Call Center, either. I'll check with our On Demand team and let you know what I find out regarding the delay.

    Our video team reports that several of the folders within the On Demand menu may not have the most up-to-date content due to a server error. Please know that we're working to resolve the problem and to we'll get all new content loaded as quickly as possible! I'll let you know if I receive further updates or information.

    Hi Becky,

    Thank you for the update.  The Anime Network Channel is suppose to update with new content again this Thursday.  I hope they fix it and all the missing & new content is uploaded soon.   I'll let you know if anything show up tomorrow.

    I just wanted to let you know that we're still working on loading content delayed from next week. I don't want you to be too disappointed if the shows you're looking for aren't available today!

    Thank you for the update.  So far no new content has shown up.  Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be fixed soon.

    Our On Demand Administrators have advised us we haven't received any new content for this network since June 1, 2016. The Admins have reached out to the provider. We'll be sure to update you once we learn anything new.
