Amazon Fire

Installed our new service August 31, 2016. The amazon fire and the Contour DVR are connected to the same TV. The input on our TV is switched to watch a program using the amazon fire. My connection to Cox programming Is lost when the input on the TV is switched back to the Contour. When the Contour loses connection my mini boxes on other TV's won't work. What needs to be done so I can watch either device without losing my connection to Cox.

    Hello Napian,

    Is the box losing power when you switch to watch amazon fire? Also, are you getting any error messages when you switch the tv back?
