Alternatives to Cox Land Line Riddled with Spam Robocalls

All I get is incoming scam robocalls on my Cox landline and it's becoming more of a nuisance than its worth.  I have a cell phone and the landline is a back-up, so I'm seriously looking at dropping the Cox land line and looking at other VoIP carriers or alternatives.  Any suggestions?

    Google Voice using an Obihai VoIP device.

    I bought one of the home phones that lets you block 250 numbers.  The spammers change numbers daily but this cuts down on the ones who call back a 2nd and 3rd time.   Cost is $80 but it makes my life better.
