all emails not being forwarded

I have my email set to forward all incoming emails. This worked flawlessly until a week ago. How can I fix this, email from only one person is being forwarded.

    Hello,

Are you getting any bounceback messages when the emails are not forwarded? What is the domain of the email address, are you able to forward to a non-cox email address?

no bounce-back, they are just not being forwarded. I have this set up to auto forward to a non-cox email. One person who has been sending me daily emails gets her email forwarded, others just sit there in my inbox.

And as of now, I am not even getting an email about this forum post.

    Hi Janet1,

Do you have any message filters setup in your Webmail?

no. That is what is puzzling. I sent a test email from another account and that one got forwarded. Emails from cox support forums did not forward and neither did 2 gmail alerts a few days ago. So I am back to square one, either not utilizing this email or checking periodically. I am trying to avoid that to save some time and sanity :)

    Janet1,

Could you log in to your Webmail and go to your Forwarding setting and remove the forwarding address.  Then, click on disable forwarding and save it.  Please go back into Forwarding and re-enter your forwarding address, click on Forward and copy, then Save.  Please try sending several test emails and see if those will forward.  Also, check the email account where it is being forwarded to and check that particular account's filter and spam settings.  It's possible it may be routing the forwarded emails from your Cox account to other folders.

I established a new email account in my master account and when i logged into it it took me to the Enhanced version, even though i clicked on Classic, i tried several times to establish the Classic version and each time it was Enhanced, when i contacted "chat" they advised that any new accounts would only have access to the Enhanced version, now to the real problem, the Auto Forward in the new version "doesn't work, i spent over an hour on the chat line with someone who kept trying to tell me that it DID work and each time i followed the instructions on how to set it up i got this response when in clicked on Enable and when back to the Inbox Error The redirect address "xxxxxxxxxxx@cox.net, ????????@cox.net" is not valid.  the x's and ?'s replace the actual usernames. please advise as all the cox email addresses with Forwarding in the Classic version work.

Please try clearing your cache, cookies and history then give it another try. Please let me know how that works.

For the last week, all messages forwarded to an AOL account are send back with the message that AOL doesn't accept Cox Messages.  What's happening?

    Hello Get Help,

Sounds like AOL is blocking Cox messages, are you able to check the settings on the AOL account and make sure you don't have any blocks or restrictions setup?
