A&E Channels Streaming

I cannot get A&E channels to stream.  I have them as part of my cable package.  I contacted them and they suggested the problem is on my provider's (Cox) end.  I clear my browser data, go to History or A&E, select an episode to stream, I log into my Cox account and then the message ! User not Authorized Error results.  I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge on two different computers with the same result.

    how many cox email addresses do you have?  I just tried it and it works make sure you use the primary email address

    Are you getting this error message with certain or all programs you attempt to access via A&E online? So that we can review the account from our end, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name, service address, the last four of your SSN, and the user ID you're using to sign in with.
