How can I switch my old account number to my new account number?

    I get what the forum is for but I have the same question and have already attempted to SPEAK with 2 people at cox with still no help...and SURPRISE my email hasnt been answered!! So I did away with paper billing and now cannot see my electronic billing because I cannot see it..until I change to my new account number.
