Accessing email via Outlook only works with previous password

Not really affecting my experience a whole lot, but I felt I should let you know.  I changed my password months ago and ever since, I can login to webmail only using my new password, but even with a brand new Outlook profile, accessing the email servers directly only works with my previous password.  I followed these instructions for settings: https://www.cox.com/residential/support/imap-server-settings.html 

Also if you type into the search bar on these forums and press enter, it just refreshes the page.  You have to click Search or Go or whatever it is to actually search.

    Please try removing the Cox email address from Outlook completely and then re-adding it like it's new, let Outlook automatically choose the settings. If for some reason that doesn't work,send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address so I can take a look.
