ABC, NBC, CBS Do not work on my mini box

Ever since July 4th and Cox started upgrading their cables I am not able to get ABC, NBC, and CBS channels on my mini boxes. I get all the cable channels, just no local channels. I have called 7 times and each time they try to reset my box and it does not work. A tech came out and he had no clue what it would be. They came out and rebuilt the box outside the front of my house and still nothing. I cannot seem to get a straight answer from anyone that works for cox but I am not going to pay for channels that I have not been able to get. Any suggestions as to what the problem could be?
