5$ Extra for 6 months, Internet upgrade? False.

Hello, I was interested in the upgrade for just 5$ but it's actually 10$ more. If anyone could illiterate why it's not 5$ I'd appreciate it. If it were 5$ I could do it but it's actually totalling 11$ extra.

    I'll bite, where do you see in that ad it's not $5/mo? It assumes you have comparable equipment, if not, you must rent or buy.
