3.1 GIG Activation

Seems like the Customer Service has no idea about DOCSIS 3.1 being activated.  I placed the order on the website and it said to contact a number.  I called and getting the run around.  Can someone please help me here that knows what they are doing for 3.1 gig service??

    This can be closed.  Finally after 5 techs, the last one was able to complete the order in about 2 minutes.
