3 TVs With Mini Boxes - Not All Channels Available

I have 3 TVs that all have mini boxes only.  

TV #1 gets all available channels.  TVs 2 and 3 don't get all same channels that TV #1 gets.  Also TV 2 gets (for example) Nickelodeon,  but TV 3 does not.  

I ran the channel scan test on the two TVs, and both passed.  I also ran the self-test on both TVs to ensure all devices were functioning correctly.  All boxes are up to date too.

Shouldn't I be getting the exact same channels on all TV's?

    What error codes are you getting on the channels that aren't working? Is the cable straight from the wall to the mini box or is there a splitter?
