What internet tier are you subscribed to? Essential, Preferred, Premier, Ultimate?

I'm subscribed to the Ultimate internet tier. :( I've never had this problem until the other night. I tried call tech support and they said everything looks fine from their end.

I tested it from 3 different devices. One test from my computer, then my gf's computer (both are wired), and then my laptop (wireless). All are having really slow upload speeds. The download speed is fine though for some reason. This is really affecting me cause I stream live on twitch.tv and also for gaming.
- BrianMModeratorI was just trying to check your equipment and it looks like your new modem is offline at the moment. Is it unplugged or having issues staying connected?

I called tech support the gentleman that helped me out said it might have been my router. So last Saturday I went and exchanged my router for a newer better one. Had to have a tech come out today and change some cables around. Everything was running smoothly until around 8pm. I'm not exactly sure why but this is the time this starts to happen everyday for the past week. I've never had this problem until last week as well. My download speed is just fine.. But my upload again is back down to 2mbps.

Here it is again at around 6:30pm-7pm starting up again.. My upload speed is down to 3-4mbps. I'm not the only one who is having this issue as well. I see multiple people posting threads on the forums about this issue. What's going on guys? :(

I'd suspect ingress. I have an issue on my node where a different subscriber has some wiring issues (where satellite frequencies are being injected into the line). It's not a constant issue - comes and goes.
The problem is that they do not know where it is. They can narrow it down to 1/4 of the node, but that could still be hundreds of homes.
I've been having issues since March. Still not resolved.
Only issues with upload. Download is fine.

Well honestly this is pretty annoying.. I pay 110$ a month for Ultimate service. Give me what I pay for.. or at least something close to it. Tonight my upload speed dropped down to .75 mbps.

Love the support.. I've contacted you guys several times. Over the phone, and right here on the forums. No solutions yet. I'm about to cancel my service.
