*** service

I started with the $47 service because I don't really need anything better. 5 months later I'm not getting anywhere near the promised speeds, so I upgraded to one that would get me at least what I was looking for. Now I have the 50Mbps plan and I average around 15Mbps. It really pisses me off that I'm now paying $65 for *** service, but I dealt with it since I have no other choices in my area (*** monopolies, right?)

Today, I got the bill for my service and its $82. Now I'm just pissed off but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. Has anyone else experienced this? If someone from Cox reads this, how the *** can you justify ripping people off?
