In the app, does it make sense that if I log out, face id will not work to log back in, even when it is selected to use face id?

Every time I go into the Cox mobile app on my iPad with ipados 15.6, I have to sign in and then click yes to using face i.d., then send a text code for verification. The only way face i.d. works is to not sign out of the app.

    Hello. Please make sure that "Remember me" is selected so that the app will remember who you are and your login information. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

      No that doesn’t work. From what I can tell “remember me” only keeps your userid, not your password (at least it better not). If you log out….face id should log you back in.
