Limitations on customer helping customers?
I have asked this before, but never got a official stance. Would Cox mind if I used Teamviewer or LogmeIn to help some customers with their difficult (but not Cox related) problems? Pandora on Contour (Record 6) DVR. When the phone rings
the Caller ID appears on the tv screen. I enjoy that feature of my Cox phone service and tv service. But the caller ID causes Pandora to sign-off. The DVR switches to the last channel i was watching before i went to Pandora. Is this something that Cox knows about?
