I cannot connect to my VPN service via the OpenVPN protocol. I can connect using PPTP and IKEV protocols without any issues. There doesn't seem to be any issues with my VPN service, and they suggest there could be a restriction from my ISP. Does Cox place any limitation on using the OpenVPN protocol
