"Wayward Pines" on FOX OnDemand
I had been hearing great things about the new show "Wayward Pines" on FOX. Last night episode 4 was going to air so I thought I'd watch the first 3 episodes OnDemand. However, it only had the first episode which originally aired on Thursday, May 14.
I reset my tv several times and then called friends in the other Hampton Roads area and they didn't have episodes 3 or 4 either.
I'd appreciate it if one of the moderators could report this to the technicians. It's been 3 weeks without an update. Also, the FOOD network hasn't been updated in 2 weeks. The last time Chopped was updated was 05/19.

Rovi boxes in your area appear to be missing these episodes. I'm submitting a ticket to our Video Engineers to correct this. Thank you.

Here in SoCal, Eps 101, 102, 103 and 104 are available OnDemand in either SD or HD resolutions. [Friday, 06/05. 1:40pm PDT.]
Chopped has All-Star Tourney Parts 3, 4, and finale, as well as Hot Stuff. [SD or HD]

Thanks Domino, I just checked my listings in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and they still haven't been updated here. Hopefully one of the forum moderators can find out something and correct this problem.

Thanks Nicole! After some further investigating I find the following channels haven't been updated in 2 weeks either: WE, History, BBC America, TNT and SYFY, just to name a few. These are in SD.
I had previously submitted an email to COX but never got a response. Your help is appreciated.

Myopic1, I'm having the same problem with On Demand not updating episodes of Wayward Pines(FOX) and Orphan Black(BBCA) here in Hampton Roads. I can only see the 1st episode of the former and the first 5 episodes(season 3) of the latter. I didn't realize there was a problem with the latter until I recorded the most recent OB episode in real time. When I began watching it, I realized that I recognized very few of the "previously on" scenes. Turns out what came on Saturday night was episode 8. Also, the first season of Orphan Black is missing in its entirety, but I know the cable channels' on demand capabilities are probably more limited than something like HBO Expanded where it seems every episode of every show is available.
Let me know if things clear up on your end and I'll do the same.

My next door neighbor here in Yorktown has Contour from Cox. I checked his on demand for Orphan Black and the third season episodes missing from my Motorola(Rovi software) DVR On Demand were present on his Cisco/Contour On Demand. His is also missing the entire first season like mine, but I don't have a problem with that, although I should for as much as I shell out monthly. That's probably a decision made by BBCA as to how much they make available On Demand.

My DVR finally, grudgingly updated. I had Kevorkianed it late Monday night and when power was restored, the on demand channels had the usually percentage count as they accessed data, but still no love. After seeing your Voila post, I took a look again last night. Still nothing. Not being a parkour enthusiast, I didn't want to clamber behind my equipment to yank the plug again, so I just stayed stubborn and kept bouncing from one on demand channel to another. When I went back to BBCA(ch 2382) for the fifth or sixth time, missing episodes six and seven had arrived, but not eight. I grumbled a bit but watched episode 6. When I finished and went back to the channel listings, episode eight was now listed. Very strange. To bring this whole thread back to its original topic, I see that episodes 1-4 of Wayward Pines are now available. I thought it would be up to five now. Now that I have access to it, I'm wondering if I really want to watch the show. The first episode left me ambivalent. Long term, I'd probably be happier digging out my Twin Peaks boxed set.
