On demand episodes out of order
Why do so many channels/programs on demand list their episodes all out of order with multiple seasons/episodes jumbled together and sometimes there isn’t even an episode number listed so you have to Google the show for the number and name of the episode. Investigation Discovery is a prime example of this. Why can’t it be in chronological order?
WiFi working but not my Ethernet.
I had a lightning strike hit a neighboring apartment building 2 days ago. The internet went down but came back. Only the wireless WiFi works but my Ethernet connections do not work to any devices. I even bought new cables. When I moved into this apartment they had a panoramic modem already installed and I brought my previous one from my last address and switched to the provided one. Tech support will not allow me to switch to the modem I already own because “There’s an outage in the area” how can there be an outage when the Wireless works?
Weather search stopped working
I setup my mom's TV to give her the local weather by saying "Weather". This has worked for a long time, but it stopped a couple of days ago. We're not even getting any error messages, nothing shows up at all. I reset her box yesterday, didn't help. I know that the Weather app was removed, this is not that. I think the Weather service was being powered by The Weather Channel.Unplanned Internet Outages
These internet outages are out of control. I pay about $5.15/day or $0.21/hr for CONTINUOUS internet service. I should be credited for every hour that service is interrupted. This would be an actual fair transaction and help me pay for all the extra cellular data I have to use to continue to work from home during the 5+ disruptions per month. I don’t want to hear that you understand my frustration or that I should reach out for assistance. What I want is a solution to the problem and a credit on my bill.
