Cox unavailability on Lifetime's Roku App
I went into Roku's Lifetime channel to watch a movie, only to be told to log in via their website. Upon doing so, however, I discovered that there was no option to select Cox. I can see from the forums that I'm not the only person to complain about this, so please add me to the list of people actively demanding a change to this situation. If there's going to be a middle ground between cable and streaming, then Cox needs to step up to bat with all of the major networks, and surely there's no question that Lifetime qualifies for major status.3.2KViews0likes1CommentRoku Activation for TV Channels
I use only Roku for TV and have a variety of channels I may select from besides Netflix to watch shows on. eg National Geographic, PBS and AETV Each selection requires submitting a code online to activate the channel, yet for some reason I am unable to do this with AETV Is there a reason Cox is not on the list of Providers? There seems to be hundreds to choose from, but because I cannot find Cox on the list, I am unable to unlock that channel Please take this as a request to get added to the AETV list. I see others with similar requests and have to say it makes you look quite a small player by not being on those Provider lists. Century Link is on those lists, yet you are not........... Thanks in advance4.1KViews0likes1Comment- 2.5KViews0likes0Comments
Subscribe to history channel and fx
I have an apple tv and roku and on neither am I able to sign in to either the history channel or fx. Nor can I sign in on my computer or iPad. It seems particularly with the history channel that cox is one of the very few tv services not accepted. We just got showtime after long delay. What's status of situation2.1KViews0likes1CommentROKU
Why is Cox the only provider that does not support Roku channels? I can watch History, Discovery, etc. on my Cox Cable, but have to get authorization from my provider to watch on Roku. Cox is not listed on the list of providers so those channels are not available to me if I choose to use the Roku TV.24KViews0likes5CommentsAdding network stations to Roku
I have a new Roku which I am trying to get set up. Once I have completed this I am disconnecting the TV boxes and will be able to save some money each month. I will be keeping basic cable since it is free where I live. Gotta do what you gotta do when on SSA. I find with the Roku I get more channels than with Cox, I can select what I want and not have to get only what Cox offers in various packages. The only thing I have not found is how to watch the network channels for the series that I watch. I want to be able to watch these whenever I want and not have to either miss some shows or be tethered to my TV. Roku says that these are private channels and that is why they are not offered. In able to watch these free I need to contact my cable vender who should give me the codes. Once I have these codes then they will help me add them to my Roku so I can watch them. I have contacted Cox and was transferred 4 times to people who do not know these codes or how to access them. Has anyone else had any luck getting these codes? Or do you know the codes?3.3KViews0likes1CommentShowtime for Roku - Not the "Preview"
Hi. You know how Cox offers HBO GO if you have a Roku box? Well, I just got showtime as well and I was wondering if Showtime has a channel like HBO GO (you can watch all episodes/seasons of a hit show) that is NOT the preview? Thanks. Ken4.9KViews0likes2Comments
