I have recently recieved service for cox and they offered basic cable at a minimal price so I accepted but in order to keep cost low I opted to go app only option. I believe from what I'm seeing it's impossible to watch this live tv on a smart cast tv because the apps do not download onto the actual tv, instead they download on to a device and you have to cast them to the tv. Am I correct in assuming I'm am out of luck because the cox contour app does not support casting.
