my primetime updated how frequently on demand??
I am wanting to watch SNL with Justin Timberlake and I used to record them but Cox raves about using their on demand to watch "what you want when you want" I thought i would give it a shot... well its Monday and its not on demand yet... anyone have any ideas ??4.2KViews0likes2Comments
Play all, alphabetizing, watched already, and conflicting series indicator features with Cox Advanced TV Plus Package and Trio DVR
I just upgraded to Cox Advanced TV Plus Package and Trio am wondering about a few features. Unfortunately, all the routes I went through with Cox have hit dead ends due to their poorly trained agents who keep either referring me to other support or simply don't know the answers. So here we go. Features that my old DVR had, but I can't find in my new one. How it worked in the old DVR will be in parenthesis: Play All option for multiple recordings of a series (selecting the show and hitting info). Alphabetizing the recorded programs list when the titles are grouped (this happened automatically if you grouped the recording list by title). Being able to tell if I watched a particular episode of a series already (the listing appeared dim in the recorded shows list). Being able to quickly tell if a program won't be recording due to a conflict (you could go into scheduled recordings and the program that wouldn't be recording had a "no" symbol next to it and it was dimmed out). Please give me insight on if they can be done and/or if I can submit feedback to have them added. Thank you!Solved4.6KViews0likes5Comments
Scheduled recording conflicts
I've seen this posted a few times before, but I have yet to see if there are any plans to improve the conflict management. Curently the Cisco whole home dvr will display a message if you try to schedule a recording that conflicts with previously scheduled recordings. It will also list when a recording was missed due to a conflict. (Both of these work fine for me) What it does NOT do is warn you in any way that recordings will fail due to PREVIOUSLY scheduled conflicts. The Ideal fix for this would be to list all of the future recordings in the scheduled recording list and flag the recordings that will not record. The problem with just listing the reason for the missed recordings is that it is sometimes too late to make any changes.2.3KViews0likes0Comments
