MLB.TV linking to Cox Account to watch on Contour device
I spoke with Ann B. today and she told me that Cox can't match the MLB.tv TROOP ID offer of $77.34 for full access to MLB games and verified that it would be smarter to just sign up with MLB.tv and then link accounts. I then asked Ann to verify that I can watch these games on my Cox devices at home once I signed up at MLB.tv.. She verified so I signed up, came back to Cox and find out that I can't do this. Then just got told by two other agents via online chat that this is not true. Military members beware?981Views1like0CommentsMLB.TV & MLB Extra Innings
Hello, I am a Cox subscriber. I see that MLB.TV is included with the purchase of Extra Innings. I'm wondering if the opposite is true as well. Here's what I mean: I'm a longtime (and current) MLB.TV subscriber. Because I am already a subscriber, am I able to get Extra Innings on my Cox account? When I purchased the MLB Extra Innings package from Cox recently, I was told by the sales associate that it included MLB.tv which is important to me because I often like to watch baseball away from home (primarily at the gym). I cannot find how to add MLB.tv to my mobile device or computer without paying a separate charge. How do I add MLB.tv as the sales associate promised?38KViews0likes15Comments
