I can unplug the box from power for a few minutes and within an hour or so the scheduled programs are back but have missed recording some programs during the interim. I called technical support last night and a recording came on that there were known problems with Contour 2 and the engineers are working on the problem. Does anyone know if this is the problem they are working on? I hate to trade in my box and lose all my recorded programs and scheduled program settings. Contour not recording My Contour is not showing any scheduled recordings for the remainder of February. All of my regulary scheduled programs show up on Thursday, March 1st. Email not being delivered to Cox.net using iPad & iPhone I get the following message when I send an email from my Gmail account to Cox.net addresses using an iPad or iPhone. They seem to go through from my iMac and MacBook.
