Have you tried a connecting to your router with a wired connection (ethernet/usb)? Is your router also a modem? If not, you may need to reset your modem as well. Re: DVR Box constantly rebooting - help!! starsmiiles - Sorry you are still having issues. Here are some suggestions: Make sure nothing is sitting directly on top of the DVR box and ithas at least 3 inches of breathing room on the top and sides. Sometimes boxes will reboot automatically once a certain temperature is reached to prevent overheating Check your power connectionsat the wall and the boxto make sure everything is fastened securely Move the DVR box to a different room in your house. If the problem continues your DVR box is likely defective. If your issues continue you can reach 24/7 Phone Supportor contact a Cox Service Center. Re: HD Channels Problem mels - sorry to hear you are having issues w/ your HD channels. A couple questions: Is this the first time you have experienced the issue? Are you still experiencing the issue? Was there inclement weather in your area at the time of the issue? Often times a "box hit" will help resolve issues like this one.
