What official remedy, if any, has one found to actually get them to credit your bill for crap ongoing service,..and , ive givin up on getting any issues resolved. Starlink is looking like it will be replaceing my current service. I say this because the system has gotten worse unfortunately, not better.... Why is my bill not, and others effected whom are reading this in the area, not automatically reduced given the amount of written complaints on file now with CT DCP & PURA?? Techs and subs have repeatedly stated there is water in the direct burial lines and they will not be replaced. good luck. If you research back on this forum and else-ware(gla*sdoor, inde*d", ect)you will see two things, in most cases there the only choice in the area, and second, there not going to fix an issue that will not reappear within a month regardless of the issue, temporarily at best. research and years of problems on my street alone can attest to this. Look to the past and current employee reviews to understand the real issue hear friends.. Someone else who gets it, Cox is all about passing the buck. i dumped everything but net yeats ago and wished to have another choice then this horse and pony show. So since the mail change, there's nothing but problems that cox refuses to admit or address. In my case, i send emails to various recipients from various locations and devices with the same issue, there sent but rarley or never show on the recipients end. Occasionally they will appear a day later, happened twice now.
