I’ve had the same or a similar issue. Sometime when I try to scroll back in time in a live show it instead goes back to the furthest point in time and won’t move from there. The only fix at that point it to do a reset on the box or power off and on Been like that for well over a year. No. I haven’t swapped out for a new dvr box because that’s not worth the hassle. Re: Cox Connect App will not reset my DVR and mini boxes Deleting and reinstalling the app worked. But. The app should handle this itself Cox Connect App will not reset my DVR and mini boxes In Cox Connect I can click on the TV icon which then display Reset My Cable Connection which then has a big blue button call Reset My Connection. I should be able to press that button and have cox send a signal to reset all my cable and DVR boxes BUT when I click that blue button it does nothing. Pressing big the button does not act like a push button It doesn’t react Why is that button not doing anything? SolvedRe: Another False Error When Using Cox myemail webmail To CarolM. Yes. I know those error codes. I included that error code from your Cox site in my original post. (See original posting) The error is this: “CXSNDR There was a problem with the sender's domain. Your email failed authentication checks against your sending domain's SPF, DomainKeys, or DKIM policy. “ Can you tell specifically tell how to resolve that error when I’m using webmail to send an email when it includes that link I mentioned? Re: Another False Error When Using Cox myemail webmail Kevin. No. Using. Tiny url did not work. I just tried from webmail again and I still received AUP#CXSNDRerror when sending. Shouldn't this be reported and fixed in Cox servers? Re: Another False Error When Using Cox myemail webmail Chris I’m using webmail. I’m using myemail.cox.net. I’m doing this while at home while in the Cox network using webmail. So if you’re having trouble verifying the integrity of the send ISP then that would be the Cox webmail server in the cox network Re: Another False Error When Using Cox myemail webmail Can someone please respond to why this is giving errors in myemail.cox.net? Please read original message below Why is it why I try sending an email with this travel link in it I get an error when sending the email message https://www.detourdestinations.com/travel/galapagos-trips If I remove the link then I can send the email with no errors. The error only occurs when this link is in the email. The error displayed below from myemail is CXSNDR. According to the cox support site this error means “There was a problem with the sender's domain.“. “Your email failed authentication checks against your sending domain's SPF, DomainKeys, or DKIM policy.” Why am I getting this error when using myemail.cox.net? Another False Error When Using Cox myemail webmail I'm so tired of getting email errors. Does anyone in Cox Management know about all ofthese errors that customers are having? Here's the latest: I'm using myemail.cox.net to compose and send a new email. If I send the email shown here without the link in the email it will send successfully. When I add the link shown below to the email it then fails with a "CSXNDR" error. According to the Cox web site the error message means this: CXSNDR There was a problem with the sender's domain. Your email failed authentication checks against your sending domain's SPF, DomainKeys, or DKIM policy. I'm using Cox myemail in a browser (I've tried 3 different types of browsers) so it's not an SMTP connection issue. What is the problem with me sending an email this time???????? Re: URGENT: Still having email issues? Post your email status here! Refer Cox Support to this thread. Kevin M ill send you all of that information in the email but remember .....this sending of emails works ok as soon as I turn off Wi-Fi and go back to att cell service. We’ve been through all of these settings before with cox support. No. I’m not using any east, west etc. I’ve tried both ports 465 and 587. Re: URGENT: Still having email issues? Post your email status here! Refer Cox Support to this thread. To Cox Support. What’s the excuse this time? I’m visiting my friend’s house in Tampa and on his Wi-Fi and I CAN’T Send Email!! He has nothing special setup here on his Wi-Fi He’s just a standard customer of Frontier FIOS Communications internet here in Tampa. Heres my internet connection from my iPhone while at his house Heres the error I get from my iPhone as I try sending an email Of course if I turn off Wi-Fi and go back to AT&T cellular service it works Ok Yes My outgoing SMTP properties are setup correctly Why is it that I can’t send email while on Wi-Fi connected to a major internet provider? What is Cox doing to prevent me from sending email while connected to major internet provider? This is very frustrating
