Where is the link to e-mail questions/ask about our services/billings How about letting us send e-mails to contact Customer Service as well -- since even with the CoronaVirus happening, we still need an additional way to ask questions/get responses other than the very much customer UNFRIENDLY phone (I was put on hold, disconnected, had a rotten experience with a couple of your agents who just don't care about customers (and won't answer or do anything about the discrepancies or even switch us to someone who will help instead) .. (In this case, I want to know why the price of my monthly bill is greater than your current advertised offerings for my area -- or even the "ALL IN" pricing listed on the billing page for my account!) -- yes, every DOLLAR MATTERS when you are an elder and on a budget (and have health issues too)) Get RID of these 'supplement' fees that are bilking us as customers .. why are we still being extorted for that OFFENSIVE "sports Supplement" monthly when (like so many others) I can NOT AFFORD your 'sports programming' in the first place? Why am I paying for NOTHING At all .. for months .. when in fact, there is NO desire for sports channels here at all? I am SICK And TIRED of these 'supplemental' Fees that add up to hundreds of dollars wasted for absolutely nothing at all. GET RID of this .. (it's another reason why Cox is hated .. and yes, I've asked this question to customer service on-line and on the phone and still have NO answer as to why we are charged this in the first place!) I have ZERO interest in sports .. get RID of this .. (it would be entirely fair if this 'supplement' only applied to those with sports subscriptions -- not to everyone!) I am NOT interested in RENTING anything from cox (including the cards .. it's the same MA Bell approach as those dumb boxes). .. that's what I WANT To avoid here! I am sick and tired of your fees increasing at a rate that is 5-6-more times the CPI .. and that is annually ... WHY Can't we purchase our own Set top SMART Boxes with DVR functions instead of the OFFENSIVE and OVERPRICED RENTAL of DUMB Boxes with NO DVR Function per TV from cox? WHY Can't we purchase a set box (INSTEAD of that offensive RENTAL that COX keeps charging month by month -- and now once again RAISING the prices on) that combines both the Tuner and DVD Recording functions that will work with cox instead? I'd rather pay up front one time charge .. instead of WASTING my hard-earned income on RENTING This absolutely DUMB BOX That does NOTHING at all. THIS is especially frustrating with other providers not requiring this kind of 1960s money-grabbing low tech and charging us forever for out of date units. (And yes, it offends me that this was added when just running the cable itself into our smart TVs was sufficient).
