Since Icheck onusage meter everyday, I contacted Cox right away. The live chat support person noticed the discrepancy as well and opened a ticket. A few days later the meter was fixed. Since then, I've been taking screenshot of the usage meter everyday. Not sure if we have the same issue, but in my case, it was clearly an issue on Cox's end because their own reporting was showing such different numbers. But Ido feel a lot less confidentabout the accuracy of Cox meter numbers now. Doing more searches online and on the forum here, you will seediscrepancy in Cox usage meter reporting is a common issue that seem to just pop up from time to time. It's showing 385GB by modem and if I added up the daily usage in this cycle, it's also 385GB. Re: Data Usage Meter is showing double!! Me too. The modem usage showed I used 712GB, but the daily usage only add up to 369GB. I contacted support, a ticket has been opened. Hope they fix it soon. I do not want to be paying the overage.
