Data Usage Charges when i have Unlimited Data I have had the Unlimited Data Plan for the past 5-6 Months. But every month that i go over 1024 GB i get usage warnings. I contact support when i get them to let them know i'm getting data usage warnings even though i have Unlimited Data but they just assure me that i will not be charged and to just ignore the warnings. But every month i go over i get charged for it. I had $70 added this month for data usage but on the same statement it shows $49.99 for unlimited data. Then i have to contact support and they just say they will credit me but it won't show until next month. It's very annoying and frustrating. This is the 3rd time it has happened. I tried to explain to support that i think something is wrong with my account or with the automatic system that charges for data overages but they just say " i assure you this will not happen again" but it has and i'm sure it will. I don't want to have to go through this process every month i go over 1024 GB. Re: Cox Ultimate - getting 60-80Mb Exact same issue here. (OKC). Sadly all you can do is contact support and they will remotely reset your modem. Then offer to send a tech out. Good luck! keep this updated if you get it resolved. Re: Upload throttling? Not trying to steal your thread, just didn't want to create multiple threads for the same issue. Having a very similar issue. I have ultimate with unlimited data. For the past week i have been getting about 1Mbps up. Had a tech come out but it was during a time that my upload was good. He said to call him if it started messing up again. It started happening again a few hours later. He said he would bring a different modem for me to try the next day, but then texted me saying i might be charged if he lets me use his modem. So I've been debating going and buying another SB6190 but didn't want to waste $100. I live a little east of OKC, 73115 area. Hopefully we figure something out. UPDATE: It's not the modem. I just purchased and activated a new modem but the problem persists. I have a new tech scheduled to come out Friday.
