Supposedly it is now, and I have lost my speeds originally acquired upon installation. I constantly got about 920 Mbps down using Ethernet to Gaming Laptop. Would Cox run new Fiber, or use the one AT&T ran? I have my suspicions about the BGW210 throttling my speeds since it shows 1 GB to the gateway. Speeds have become slow throughout the house both wirelessly and hardwired and they can't seem to do anything about it and blame my equipment. I hooked up another laptop in place of mine and got 920 twice, but dropped to 340 shortly after that and has remained there. It's very frustrating and I've tried researching it for days and have found no solid answer. What if I have the same problem if I switch to Cox? Re: Can't watch ESPN streamng using Cox account I have advanced basic and I get some of the ESPN channels, but apparently not this one. I've about had it with paying almost $200 per month and can't watch a lot of stuff. Can't watch ESPN streamng using Cox account Why can't I log in and watch a football game when I pay for Expanded Basic Cable and $100 per month for Internet service? I tried watching the OU vs Iowa State game and it says I am NOT authorized. May be time to switch to AT&T Re: Long distance info You use Google Voice for LD on your Cox home phone? Re: Long distance info I'll read some more about Google Voice, not sure I understand the concept, it seems to focus on voicemail and incoming calls... not very clear. Re: Long distance info So because I've been busy and work a lot it's not important to me now? I waited a month or two for it to start working, and it never did. Looks like there are some out there for .03 to .05 per minute which sounds much better. I just have to figure out how to make it work with Cox. Thanks Long distance info I tried to post in my old discussion and saw no way to reply or add to the conversation. I want long distance on my Cox phone, but I don't need it enough to pay monthly fees. I only need to make a long distance call within the state very rarely, like when I want to call my 918 cell phone from my 405 house phone to locate my cell phone. I can't do it with Cox. I've tried adding long distance with TCI but they told me Cox never implemented it. I searched for a half hour on the Cox web site and could find no rates. Re: Where's the Bundled Forums? Thanks, could only seem to find it by clicking on your direct link to it. Not much help though, according to our records, you have no electronically signed agreements related to your account. NOTE: You may have other agreements with Cox that are not shown here. I'll have to call, unfortunately. Where's the Bundled Forums? Didn't see an appropriate place to post this question, but I was wondering where one might find a start and end date on our existing contract for bundled services. I searched all through the online account info and found nothing. SolvedRe: New Data Meter Exaggerates Data Usage I wondered about that too... we exceed our allotted 300 GB every month and I've tried to monitor it but it does not reflect our habits.
