I had really important email from new temp to hire job on Friday afternoon, waited over thirty minutes for the email at their office, but it never did. Re: Slow ultimate speed A Cox Tech was supposed to come to my apartment between 5pm and 7pm CST, but he never did show up and I got an email at 9:17 PM saying the order was canceled. Slow ultimate speed I have very slow Ultimate download speeds, disconnects, slow webpage loads, video buffering, and I did call Cox tier 1 but they were no help and told me I am getting good download speeds for the Ultimate tier. I have also tried Data Support chat, but they were also flat out no help. All Data Support and tier 1 did was reset the EMTA, which I have done numerous times and that did not help. I got the phone/Internet/contour service installed on November 18, 2018, and have nothing but problems ever since. I had a Cox contractor came out to my house in February 2017, and he fixed the issue by removing something in the junction box, but now the disconnects, slow webpage loads, slow Internet speeds, and high uncorrectables have returned with a vengeance. I'm using a SB6141 which I had in my possession since 2014. These problems are getting really annoying. I have even tried rebooting my cable modem and router, but those have done no good. I don't want to spend money on a new cable modem and still face the same problems I am experiencing now.
