Settings in all accounts are the same, but main account doesn't get mails sent from my other Cox accounts or outside accounts. record of received calls. The Cox site states: "As a Cox Digital Telephone customer you can use the Phone Tools features, available through your accounts on www.cox.com, to set up capture of calls you make and receive, excluding private or unlisted numbers." I can find no information on this feature in the user's manual or elsewhere on the site? Re: New Cox email Thanks for the follow up. I cleared cookies and cache again with same results: no change, no choice on log=in page for web mail preference, still stuck with slow, ugly, inefficient "new and improved" webmail version. Re: New Cox email Thanks again, ChrisL,When I log out of the "new and improved" cox webmail, I get the following login block: Sign In to WebMail Remember User ID No Account? Register Now! Forgot User ID / Password? -------------------------------------------------------------- As you can see, there are no choices for the version of email. Also, when I did get a choice a few weeks ago, it was ignored. Any other suggestions? Re: New Cox email The problem is the beta version is slow, unintuitive, slow, unattractive, slow, and intermittent. The bigger problem is that I can't get out of using it. Signing in is easy- though slow. A frequent error message is something like "unable to load" inbox, "try again." Re: New Cox email Selecting my preferred webmail version does no good with the cox beta email. I tried clearing maneuver earlier with no results. In the process, I discovered a "Mailtoweb" service which seemed to allow bypassing the beta. Is "Mailtoweb" safe and legit? New Cox email Will it be possible to return to Cox Classic email after the current beta (which is slow, unintuitive, slow, unattractive, slow, and intermittent.?
