Instead of posting on these forums, Call tech support so a Tech can be sent to your home to check the problem, More than likely it is a bad cable or connector if not the modem. I have had cox for over a month and the only thing I can find to complain about is the price, Other then that, I have had an amazing time, When I did have a small issue with some signal problems, They had a tech out 2 days later and re ran all my wiring for free.
