And I have blocked the addresses and the emails still get through and I have forwarded them to the SPAM section of Cox and they still appear numerous times in my email account. Please help explain what it takes for Cox or myself to stop these emails from going out and then coming back in. Thank you, Karen Spam Emails Re: Loyal customer - feel like Cox doesn't care Where exactly on the online bill is this listed because I just checked mine again and there is nothing to indicate a raise in my fees. Re: Loyal customer - feel like Cox doesn't care When rates go up, isn't there generally a notice of some sort sent with the monthly statement? My service went up $12 from last month alone and I am now paying $184.00 a month which is just ridiculous and I live in an area where other cable companies don't provide bundled services so I am basically stuck with Cox. Why isn't there ever any notification for the rates rising? At the rate Cox is raising my monthly bill, I will have to cut down in other areas, such as food and or gasoline....major necessities to me. It would have been nice to have been notified so that I could have planned on the rise and then perhaps, not be so frustrated about not having sufficient funds to cover an ever increasing service each month. And customer service as a whole does ***...online email messages, online live chat and over the phone...it takes anywhere from 3-4 back and forth email messages for any customer service rep to understand my questions and yes, I do speak English. Even more frustrating is trying to communicate with a real person on the phone. I am just completely and utterly disgusted and dismayed about the way this company is run and it's lack of interest and concern in meeting the needs of it's customers. I could go on and on but what is the point, Cox doesn't listen and they certainly don't resolve anything in relationship to their customers' concerns and or issues. K Re: Cox customer service non-existent I emailed Cox this morning and less than 3 hours later, had a response and subsequent responses to my questions...of course, they couldn't resolve the issue, which is the norm but at least I got a response. Re: Is it possible to block incoming numbers to my Cox phone? Yes, I understand that however when I spoke with a Cox representative, they informed me that there is a montly charge of $4.99 to utilize this service....is that true or not? Thank you. Re: Is it possible to block incoming numbers to my Cox phone? Isn't there also a $4.99 a month charge to use that feature? Re: Is it possible to block incoming numbers to my Cox phone? In my experience, that only increases the number of annoying phone calls, that list is completely useless. Re: $5 Amazon Gift Card for Survey Yep, same problem.....no gift certificate. Re: Unable to pay bill online Ditto....have been trying to pay my employer's bill all day and night, and the stored payment information is nowhere to be found and all the help pages are so inadequate, nothing listed as solutions works and when I try and call the 24 hr automated system, that system will not accept any payment methods either....gee, talk about hanging your customers out to dry!
