trying to use DVR Record and its coming up error with a code of XRE 06027 I do know when cox came out to install the customer rep that took the order put out a package that was not even avail yet to the public? ! Could that have anything to do with not being able to record? As well the equipment for the package that they are charging me for is not avail so I have old equip? and charged for the new service ? Probably knowing cox Unfortunately it's what is avail in the area ! I am always the one whom ca;nt get through to anyone so I am just waiting I can/t be bothered with ignorant and on the phone that is all I get.
