"Service Unavailable" call COX and reference 3.1.1.1. Channels not loading. Hi all, I'm having an issue with my cable receiver. Channels aren't loading and I have to reset the receiver. It's been happening over the past week, at least once a day. Any ideas? Thanx WHY SO MUCH SPAM?? All of a sudden I'm getting a TON of SPAM.... Garbage characters in the subject line and unsolicited emails.... Has COX failed on the SPAM FILTERING too? Re: Constantly have to reset receiver The REALLY crappy part is, that after so many resets.... COX won't let you reset the box anymore and instead want you to reach out to a support person... I ended up having to rest the box by pulling all the cables. I notice the issue presents itself if I turn the channels too quickly... I guess the box can't keep up?? Constantly have to reset receiver I pay almost $300 a month for Cox services. Why am I constantly having to reset my receiver? Can I take this piece of garbage to a COX store and exchange it for one that actually works without a hassle?? Cox Support Forums Moderator FYI Moderator, I'm discussing with fellow forum users that my EMAIL WAS HACKED and that forum moderators are ill equipped to provide technical solutions, advice or even confirmation as it pertains to a SECURITY BREACH. Sure, you can ban us or do whatever is within your power to squelch our concerns... Doesn't really bode well for CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU COX!!! Forum Moderator Qualifications Are forum moderators technical experts?? Or are they just here to provide boilerplate responses to technical questions WAY beyond their pay grade?
