So this only affects games like Pubg, Fortnite, etc. Here's an image of my modem signal page: https://i.imgur.com/WK7XRv8.png Re: Severe packet loss (Upload) to amazon web services (Fortnite) - UPDATE 1/9 I've also been having the same problem here when playing Fortnite or Pubg.1-4% packet loss constantly with spikes up to 40%.I have been thinking that the issue was on my end, and have tried so many things to try and fix it, but after reading this thread it looks like I need to look into switching ISPs. Obviously it's an issue with COX, and they are in denial. Packet Loss For some time now, I've been experiencing~1-4% packet loss when gaming with occasional spikes to 40%. It used to be only on the upload side, but is now on the download side as well. I assumed this was due to WiFi. I recently switched to an ethernet connection but I am still experiencing the same exact problem. I have tried so many different things to find the source of the problem but I am all out of ideas. Here's what I've tried: Wired connection to PC Different cables for modem/router Different PC All sorts of network settings on PC Factory reset modem, router
