I can access, sign in, and select a video, but get a black screen. I cleared the locally stored memory, refreshed the system setting, and still have the same problem. I am hoping for a setting I overlooked so I don't have to go back again to swap out the box. The previous box wouldn't boot. Re: High data usage on one day Hi Brian...I had the same problem and found that my Amazon Fire Stick was the culprit. I unplug it from its power source when not in use and the issue went away. Amazon recently issued a software update, but I still unplug it to be safe. Are you using a Fire Stick? Re: Cannot be heard by callers Hi chuckdow...this happened to me once and the Cox team reset the phone on their end to resolve it. My vmail box had to be rerecorded and set up, but that fixed it . It took days of frustrating support calls. Good luck Re: Cox Connect not syncing with Panoramic Modem Yes...everything is working and showing in the panoramic app. I will tell you that your phone tech who activated the modem because the account wasn't set up correctly did not mention a different app. The chat support lady didn't either...she had me uninstall and reinstall the Connect app. If only there could be one integrated app.... Thank you Cox Connect not syncing with Panoramic Modem After a successful installation of the new modem, I noticed it does not link with the Cox app or in the "my wifi" section of the Cox site. Devices are working, phone, TV, computer are all goo . I renamed the network to match the old modem and reset the password to match the old.
