Other options would be to change the names when needed (many don't need changing, such as Money Talks), or display names only if subscribed to the channel, or tie this into the Parental Control functionality. The point of a DVR is to record programs. This is completely non-functional under the current setup. There are other adult channels that are pay-per-view, again with no program names. How do you expect to sell these programs without a name? Do you expect customers to go to each different channel's website (if they even exist)? If I cannot replace my Passport box with another Passport box, when the current one dies, it appears that I will have to switch providers. Contour Channel Guide Not Helpful For a Certain Adult Channel I'm in Fairfax. I have 2 boxes, one Passport, one Contour. I subscribe to the monthly PB channel. The Passport box Channel Guide lists the shows on this channel, just like any other channel. I am able to record these shows, just like any other channel. The Contour box Channel Guide does not list the shows. It simply has 2 hour blocks, each one listed as PB - Adult Programming. This has been the case since I got the Contour box several years ago. I was hoping it would be fixed, but it has not been. Eventually, the Passport box will die, and I don't know if I can still get one. It seems stupid to have to do so just to be able to see show listings for one channel. Are there any plans to make this right on Contour? modem rebooting - new modem same problem - Fairfax VA For several days my SA modem would lose connectivity, eventually rebooting (sometimes for 5-10 minutes at a time) until it settles down for a while. I just bought a new SB6121, and after installing it today, it has rebooted twice in 3 hours. I think this is a signal issue. The only other thing I can think to do myself is swap the splitters outside (splits into TV room and internet room). Can I get a new splitter from the Cox solutions store? Any other ideas?
