I have had multiple technicians come to my home in Gainesville, Florida without resolve. Is Cox cable going to admit to this problem rather than blame the equipment in individual homes? It is now December of 2020 and the problem continues to occur. I have also exchanged my contour two boxes to no avail. As an 18 year customer I have had enough. I have also written an email to the help desk email given here as I am out of ways to get the service I pay for with your service. It seems the only solution is to offer something else other than contour two boxes. Re: Group Email I have spent hours on the phone with Cox tech support and the only thing I get is the run around. I too have been sending group emails for a non profit thrrough Cox for years, but that has all changed in the summer of 2019. I have learned my lesson and will forgo Cox email system for Gmail. Group Email Cox is just screwing with customers in regard to group emails. The do not want you to send emails to groups. The only solution is to go to gmail and use a platform that is user friendly rather than the sham Cox email's system has become. Solved
