I don’t get them in my other inboxes. Army Cadence Regarding my post a while ago regarding "Spam Infestation" it reminds me of a cadence my Drill Sergeant from Basic Training used 35 years ago...Here we go again. Same old stuff again! It appears that Cox is helpless with regards to filtering out obvious spam emails and I just learned my blacklist is maxed out. Re: Spam Infestation Been there, done that and quite frankly, it's getting old. I spend more time marking it, creating rules, and forwarding it to Cox than I do reading my normal emails. This morning I awoke to Meaningful Beauty, USAA Bank Credit Card, Lyft, and believe it or not, CREPE ERASE, not to mention yesterday, Ringing Ears. Re: Spam Infestation Lisa...same spam different day. today I have 2 Crepe Erase, Las Vegas Trip, Wall Street Journal and ChoiceHomeWarranty <wwltjdfcinonnts@btehleamjw.relptwarecovump.com> The hits keep coming and Cox can't figure how to block these? Re: Receiving increased SPAM that is NOT addressed to my email I addressed this same issue in a post last week titled "Spam Infestation." I use Outlook and it's painfully obvious these are spam with no evidence of legitimate senders and the bodies are pure gobbledygook. My time is valuable and I shouldn't have to set filters and/or create rules to clean up what is essentially an issue on Cox's end. Re: Spam Infestation I hardly use webmail since I've been using Microsoft Outlook for over 18 years. I've blocked the senders, but the messages keep coming. One would think that Cox would figure it out. Spam Infestation I have noticed an increase is spam email coming into my primary Cox account within the past few months and have forwarded many of them to Cox's spam report, but it keeps coming in under a variety of subject lines including, Crepe Erase, Liberty Mutual Insurance, EHarmony, ABC Shark Tank, Lark Wellness, Ringing Ears, Home Warranty Special, to name a few. The domains are obviously bogus so I'm curious as to why Cox's spam filters aren't picking them up prior to delivery and I'm wondering if others have seen a similar trend? I have received 72 of them since May 21st!!
