Really COX? The common denominator is you. Re: Internet disconnect ShawnK I feel your frustration and I feel badly for your daughter. If hundreds of Cox customers are having the exact same issue, it is highly unlikely all of our equipment is faulty. It is a Cox issue, plain and simple. Many of us rely on the internet for our businesses and the last several days have been challenging, to say the least. Cox would rather we pay them more money by setting up a service call. I hope for your sake they resolve it soon. I, for one, will be dropping Cox as soon as possible. Re: Internet disconnect It is a Cox issue. I suggest Cox fix it and not ask me, or the hundreds of other customers having this same issue, to fix it. It appears Cox is too cheap to fix it. You would rather we pay $75 service fee, that will not resolve the issue. Re: Internet disconnect No splitters. I will resolve this by getting rid of Cox. Re: Internet disconnect So I have to pay MORE money to have Cox fix a Cox problem? No thank you. That is criminal. Great way to conduct business. Re: Constant disconnects I was offered the same option of a service call, that we pay for. Given the amount of complaints on this forum about this issue, it would seem to me our equipment is not the issue. In fact, I am certain it is not my equipment. I'll be interested to follow your thread to see what happens. Internet disconnect Why, for the love of God, does the internet keep disconnecting??? You might think for the money we dish out for this horrid technology someone MIGHT put it towards better infrastructure and function. Truly, in the last 48 hours, it has disconnected and reconnected at least 50 times. Please..... Greed! Re: Email Issues in Outlook - PW Continually Required Really? You need MORE info from us? Read the threads, it is all laid out for you. It is a COX issue with anything that is NOT the lame webmail. I think given the date of the first complaint, you have had plenty of time to fix it. It appears COX is not interested in fixing the issue. I guess you are OK with all of us ditching COX rather than being forced to use COX webmail. Well-done! Re: Email Issues in Outlook - PW Continually Required Has ANYONE found a fix for this annoying issue??
