My internet quits several times each day - usually from 2 to 15 minutes. Resetting modem does NOT help. This all started about 2 months ago right after COX made a big fuss about "upgrading equipment" in my neighborhood. We had this same problem a few years ago, until they finally fixed the system. Then, it was good until recently. My neighbors also have the same problem. I have called COX several times recently, but the all the operator wants to do is reset my modem. How do I get a technician to actually troubleshoot the local neighborhood lines and equipment???? Re: WebMail not working??? The Cox employee I spoke with could not access it using his own personal account either! He said he would send it to Level-2, but that was 2 days ago. And, yes, I cleared my cache and cookies and re-booted. Re: WebMail not working??? OK, I downloaded Chrome, and it works fine. But - it used to work fine on IE and Firefox too. Can it be fixed? Re: WebMail not working??? OP here. On Firefox, going to https://myemail.cox.net/ goes straight to error message above. On IE, I get the login screen, but after 30 seconds I get "Connection timed-out - reload." In Firefox, I can go to Cox.com and login fine, but when I go to the "Cox email" link (which is simply https://myemail.cox.net/) , I get the same error message. Same thin happens using IE. Re: WebMail not working??? Same for IE or FireFox. Also, whatever the Cox operator was using. Did you try it? Re: WebMail not working??? Before anyone says it's my computer - please try it first with your own account please.myemail.cox.net/ WebMail not working??? WebMail not working??? Messages download to Live-Mail OK, but I cannot access mail at myemail.cox.net. This has been for at least 5 days! I called Cox, and the person I spoke with could not log into his account either. That was yesterday, so why isn't it fixed yet? Not Found The requested URL /affwebservices/public/saml2sso was not found on this server. Re: Why is the "new" webmail still not working right? OK, but that isn't really an answer. Shouldn't make a difference if I type in myemail@cox.net or have a link to it. It is still the same URL! Even if it wasn't - it works for all other website in the world - at least "real" ones. Half the time, it times-out before the login page even loads. Once I log-in, it actually connects 33% of the time. This is with FOUR different devices at different locations. Two are actually COX internet, so no excuse. It is 2nd-rate - period! I find it hard to believe I am the only one who has noticed this. As for my great suggestion- I have posted that complaint here on this forum at least 6 times before, but still no action. Face it - Cox is sub-par when it comes to technology. Don't even get me started about your worthless Spam filters. Why is the "new" webmail still not working right? It has been several months (6 or more?) since Cox "upgraded" to its new webmail interface. Why is it still the Slowest webpage on the planet? Half the time I can't even connect at all. You would think that if you can't get something working right after more than 6 months, you would switch back to the old platform that actually worked. For as much as you charge, one would think you could afford a half-way decent server. Also, the interface has no display telling me what account I am logged-in under. I have multiple accounts. You would think the login name would be somewhere on the screen. Does Cox actually have paid programmers and engineers, or do you just let high-school kids write your software?
