Remote with Big Buttons and Voice Control
I've been using the standard remote that came with my Contour box. However using it makes my hands hurt. So you recently sent me a big button remote that's makes it easier on my hands. Problem is, it doesn't seem to have a button to select shows by voice like the original remote had. Have a new Contour box on a new Samsung TV connected via HDMI cable that has intermittent audio with sound dropping out for from several seconds to several minutes at a time, on all channels and all modes of viewing (live, recorded, On Demand & Netflix).
