Could not delete only one message at a time for several messages, then log out of Cox and back in, try again and again. Been like this for weeks. Spam empty. Trash empty. 3.4 gig of 15 used. No way to put a "trouble ticket in". Seems like Cox is saying "go away kid, you botha me". I think I might after 20 years, "go away". What to do Ms/Mr MODERATOR??? Error This message could not be moved to trash folder, possibly because your mailbox is nearly full. In that case, please try to empty your deleted items first, or delete smaller messages first. Re: cox email Chrome refresh issue Now I cannot send/create emails: Unable to save draft due to exceed quotas No, I never have "signed out" - Cox email is always open unless it closes itself - OR things go bust. I tried understanding the instruction - I don't know where this wheel of settings really is: Is it in the Cox email (don't see that here), is it in "Chrome Settings Myemailcox? I reset permissions there (the lock icon link) wiped clear usage data, or is it in Chome users: android phone, TV etc etc?? I tried all the things in the menu box, and restarted the computer relogged into Chrome relogged into Cox OXmail and...got that error messge. It really is not working at all now. 20 years at this email address, and not a newbee, but the level of complexity is approaching requiring an associate degree with daily training...HELP! cox email Chrome refresh issue I have been seeing this for weeks - and thought it might be temporary: Symptoms: Cox email opens and all looks good. Click 2,3,5 emails for whatever and FREEZE. Won't do anything. Click one at a time and it will work - for awhile, then freeze. Refresh (spinning circles) no work - a re-boot is the only way to get it to work, then click and repeat. Another: Tried to login to cox forum=error 401 when using Chrome - but on Bing, no issue (where this is sent from). PLEASE do not tell me that the fix is not to use Chrome! That is like saying the way to fix your android phone issue is to go get an iphone....Thanks! Cox New Email Platform new Issue Cox email was down, then up July 18 2023 now I am receiving but cannot respond with return email. I get this: "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request." Re-starting everything does not correct the problem... Any suggestions how to deal with this? Akll the URL Bluescreen, credential advice, cookies (I had a couple while I was waiting) was appreciated but that was not the answer(s) . All of my Cox email accounts today have been "upgraded?" to the newwizbang OX platform and NONE of the passwords stored in my Computer work. I get a response that"" the user name or password is incorrect. (LGI-0006). Of course, there is no where to go and get help. I tried "Agent" on the phone app text but no response (yet, only 20 minutes so far). Any ideas about the latest issue here? I wisely mirrored these accounts to gmail account years ago so at least I can see what is coming in (responding is the issue with tha as the email address is not in the senders address list:( Re: Terrible email Same thing happened to me when Cox moved the platform around 2018-19. We lost our Monthly Newsletter Email address for our non-profit ORG and all of the correspondence that went with it. I have the transcripts of the attempts made by myself, the lack of response (three weeks "we are working on the problem, legacy system, etc) and in the end it was lost and unrecoverable. Lesson learned: Mirror Cox email to another account (like Gmail) for safety. We do this to this day. It was a nightmare.... So, It is NOT a new Browser window at the desired website, but within Cox Email server (Darkatt). Bruce is onto something here...
