Re: Low sound Some stations on 50-60 Low sound Just connected a new Samsung smart TV to my Contour mini-box. It is the same exact TV that was connected returned because of an overheating issue. For some reason the volume is now unusually low. Previously I watched the firstTV with the Cox remote volume setting on 16, but now I need it on 36-40. Please help. Thanks. When try to watch PrimeVideo through Contour get the message "Oops. Unfortunately this feature is not working. Our engineers are hard at work to resolve this problem." Pleas advise. Thank you.
