MLB Network can't show live games in a home team's market area, but we will have access to those games in an area called "archived" games at approximately 90 minutes after each game is over. Hey, it's not the BEST way to watch games, but at least it's a way until Cox gets its head from out of you-know-where and agrees to carry SportsNet LA (like it eventually did for the Lakers' broadcasts). Yeah, I know Domino, you don't want to see this happen, evidently, but there are a lot of Dodgers fans in Orange County who do. Re: I Want My Dodgers! Thanks for the tip. I will add them to the list of people I am writing to. Hope you are doing the same. Take care and, GO BLUE! Re: I Want My Dodgers! Domino. How does the LAT article help me? I know there is a stalemate, but I want Cox to sign up. I will keep writing until they do. Again. I Want My Dodgers! Sooooooo disappointed at the fact that Cox Cable, which added the Lakers to its lineup under similar circumstances last fall, has failed to do the same -- as of start of televised spring training games -- for the Dodgers this spring. Sooooooo disappointed, in fact, that if DirecTV makes the move to add SportsNet LA first, I will drop Cox like a bad habit, despite being a loyal customer for more than 25 years. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Get the job done, Cox, as there are MANY Dodgers fans in South Orange County that are counting on you! Re: Dodgers fans want their SportsNet LA! Well, I don't think I'm the only one who expects my local cable company to carry the cable station broadcasting one of our local professional baseball team's games. I don't want to make threats, but I wouldn't be surprised if a number of subscribers look elsewhere for their cable/satellite needs if this doesn't happen. Cox did it for the Lakers. I expect them to do it for the Dodgers. Re: Dodgers fans want their SportsNet LA! Hi ColleenD, please feel free to submit the same request for me every single day until Cox adds SportsNet LA. Thanks! Re: Dodgers fans want their SportsNet LA! Yes, Domino, I am well aware of the Dodgers' schedule. I just don't want Cox to wait till the last minute and we fans miss out on games -- even exhibition. Dodgers fans want their SportsNet LA! When is Cox Cable going to get on board and offer Times Warner's SportsNet LA channel so we can see Dodgers games? All preseason games will be televised, beginning Feb. 26, but if Cox doesn't reach an agreement with TW, we fans in South Orange County will be shut out. Cox managed to come to agreement with TW to show Lakers games, let's make sure they do the same for the Dodgers. It's going to be a fantastic season and I, for one, don't want to miss a single pitch. C'mon Cox, get on the ball and get this done!
