Re: NOTICE OF AUP VIOLATION This is what I see when I log on to Cox: Re: NOTICE OF AUP VIOLATION I've sent the requested email. NOTICE OF AUP VIOLATION Over the past few days, I've received a number of these notices via email. When I go to the Cox site that I'm directed to, it says I have no violations on file. What's up with this? Are these notices scams or phishing schemes? UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL (TODAY) I have a series of emails that have been going back and forth for over a week. Today I attempted to reply (once again) to the same series and received the following error: Does anyone know how to correct this? I'm using the most current version of Thunderbird. Re: Cox Webmail marks non-SPAM emails as SPAM A more serious problem occurs when someone receives a legitimate email marked as SPAM and needs to forward or reply to it. When this happens it looks as if the original recipient of the erroneously marked email is in fact distributing SPAM. This happens to me quite frequently and it is ultra annoying. CABLE HAUNT Is this real? Should we be concerned? Is there anything users can/should do regarding this or is this an ISP issue? “Cable Haunt” Is Cox working on “Cable Haunt” the recently discovered flaw that has been discovered in millions of some of the most popular cable modems in use today? If so, what do we do about it if our modem is on the suspected list? Re: Blocked E-mails still coming thru I'm having a similar problem in reverse. I may have blocked some email addresses that shouldn't have been blocked. How do I see and edit my blocked list? So far, I have been unsuccessful in finding and accessing it. HUGE EMAIL PROBLEM Over the past few days, I've been inundated with hundreds (perhaps more than 1000) of SPAM emails. Most are not marked as SPAM. I think someone may have hacked my accounts (I have two) and is sending all this garbage to me as a prank. I'm spending much too much time weeding through all the ** I'm receiving attempting to weed out the ** from the good. Is there anything Cox or I can do to remedy this very annoying problem?
