Not only does this look absolutely unprofessional on my part - But what about the MONEY i POTENTIALLY LOST???????? Netflix Confusion? Why does Cox bill me for Netflix when I already have it (and pay for) via Roku device? I don't have time to wait an hour on hold during the day so I thought someone here could help me out?
