I would suggest waiting a bit to see if things clear up. Meanwhile read the recent e-mail related posts in this forum. You are not alone. Mail Forwarding and Mail Bounce update I have been sending daily test messages from my gmail account to my cox account. The good news is e-mail apparently is not all lost. I started receiving forwarded messages to my gmail account from the 19th and 20th this morning and am not getting mail sent to the cox account bounced. Hopefully the system is on the mend. Re: New Cox Email - Problem with Blocking ChrisL said: Something to try if people sending mail to you are getting bounced back for recipient not found would be to go into your webmail settings and try disabling any email forwarding you may have configured to see if that helps. That is just great. Try disabling a feature that in an of itself does not work. A fine system upgrade.Re: New Cox Email - Problem with BlockingUsing Outlook on windows 10. E-mail to my Cox account started bouncing back today. This has to be one of the worst implementations that I have ever seen.Re: New Web Mail - mail forwarding is not working EdwardH said: Correct, the forwarding for the new Webmail is still being looked into but for the previous messages you have already received on the Cox account you are trying to forward would have to be downloaded by the other address or client using those settings. Since it will only auto forward when mail is received on the server. --- I am not trying to manually forward mail. This is all about the auto forward feature not working.Re: New Appsuite for eMail Not only that but email forwarding is not working. forwarded mail goes into the bit bucket unless you have the forward and save option checked. It still will not forward, but, you will not lose your incoming mail. Check the internet forum for more details. This is a known problem that the techs are working on. No ETA of resolution. You can view those settings on our site https://goo.gl/KFGjBp here. --- You are correct new mail is not getting forwarded. I called tech support again and they acknowledge that message forwarding is not working and they are working on it. It has nothing to do with POP or IMAP. Mail forwarding is broken. Please talk to your tech support department to verify. To make sure we are on the same page, mail sent to xxx@cox.net is not being forwarded per the webmail settings. When the forward setting are set to forward and save, the mail is received and saved, but not forwarded. If forward and save is unchecked, the mail goes into the bit bucket never to be seen again.Re: New Web Mail - mail forwarding is not working EdwardH said: The mail forwarding would only effect new messages coming into he Cox account, to recover and transfer older messages that where effected in the the system migration you would need to setup your Cox account as a Pop or IMAP account to download the mail through the other address. I opened a ticket and there is no ETA. The tech informed me that unless the Forward and Save option is checked, all forwarded mail since the implementation will be lost. .
